OUMS Database of Musicians

The OUMS Database of Musicians allows OUMS to keep a record of instrumentalists and performers in Oxford in order to aid ensembles with fixing, and also to ensure that opportunities are reaching everyone fairly.

The hope is to remove elements of having to know the right people and amass contacts in order to access playing opportunities. Though networking is, alas, an important part of being a musician, it shouldn’t be a barrier to entry to the Oxford music scene.
